CapLinked virtual data rooms allow users from various countries and time zones to swiftly share, edit, and store documents. This is especially beneficial for industries like oil and gas where employees are scattered across the globe. Additionally, a centralized portal can drastically cut down on the amount of time and money that needs to be used to handle physical documentation.

When conducting M&A in the energy industry, a VDR is a mandatory tool. It assists in speeding up the process, stay compliant and also makes it easier to share information in a secure manner with multiple parties. CapLinked VDRs can be accessed via mobile devices and come with a fully-branded interface.
